Finish the game, take a pass, and investigate. I've caught a lot of cheaters, but my mistake was writing to them during the game. In most cases, they would just leave, and without a pass, there was no way to prove anything to the "parovoz" (likely referring to a powerful player or admin) or other admins. You need to grit your teeth, finish the game without making accusations, take a pass, and then deal with the situation using the saved game files.
