I got a map with several cons, lucky guild with tp on first try, fly on lvl5 then DD on rebuild. Only luna got earth magic and at a really late levelup, but opponent was doing a lot worse so he gave up.

Tough start, with 7 default elves and building horns in the fortress, which I only bought for 121. At least Kirr had earth magic. Through a buggy road, I reached the tea house and a trio of cons (where, due to a series of morale losses, there were a lot of extra losses). In the end, I found one more single con with 9-10 zones in the army (and I didn't take 2 hives scattered around the map).
Regarding the game: with 3 rebuilds, TP wasn't allowed, but there was a scroll of fly.
Opponent revealed full control, 13 angels with several cons :D
Yes, at the end of the second - beginning of the third week, I played poorly.
