You can't fly, but you can disable the marshmallows, factories, graveyards (and generally any objects), Heroes of Might and Magic art, and even the dock.

After lengthy discussions about the lore of the heroes and so on (allegedly "accurate" graphical changes), a new fly mechanic appeared, where you can't fly over a mercury pot (yes, the flight should be like that).
