[ТУРНИР-HotA] Hard Choice-2

Currently, there are 57 participants. We might reach 64. The tournament will start on Friday or Saturday. During the draw, both the Lobby rating and the HW rating will be taken into account. Therefore, please send me your nickname and Lobby rating. It will not be possible to match them perfectly, of course. But at least it will allow us to resolve cases where a participant has only played on one of the platforms before. There will be 4 brackets.
