I have a question about red rushes on difficulty level 200%. On one hand, if there was no negotiation, it's not allowed. On the other hand, in Anarchy, everything is allowed. How should I proceed, according to the template experts?

Everything is allowed except for obvious bugs (like no city-hero or a block where you simply can't exit). Also, it's not allowed to use the bug with digging up the Grail.

That is: red rushes, killing the opponent on day 111 through flying and imprisonment, etc., will be considered a victory.
