What would you change in Heroes of Might and Magic IV?

Before me, many have already written negatively about the 4th installment, and I won't repeat myself; I'll just summarize – the 4th game is a poorly executed work by the developers, to put it mildly. I would fix everything, starting with the graphics; the monsters all look ridiculous, and so on.
