Heading towards CIS-2020.

We really need a competent and respected HotA expert to act as a judge, as the HotA tournament will, of course, be held according to the HotA rules. If there are any specific suggestions regarding this directly from the HotA tournament players, please let us know.
Regarding the general proposed regulations for the competition and the schedule, I will post it in the coming days, including a preliminary pool of templates for each version, which was the result of a closed survey of regular players from the CIS.
