Well, if there are at least 16 people in each, that's okay. But if there are only 5 people, that's ridiculous.

Why is it ridiculous? People play 2v2 and 5v5 offline, and it's fine. In any case, we'll see during registration who signs up for what (I, for example, think that at least 10 people will sign up).
