In the river near the human Castle. The Boots of Water Walking are easily obtained. I really liked the map; even a newbie like me managed to complete it...

My boots glitched (I didn't pick them up – that's the only downside of the map, and it's right near the light-aligned Castle on the river)...the map has vampirism and 16 joinable dragons...everyone is doomed.
