I voted for the cobra, but I'll just add that it won't be possible to keep all the stats the same – you wouldn't want to leave it with the ability to fly.

I've already thought about this. Initially, I created an animation for it to move on the ground, and only later did I remember that the creature is flying :D

I thought the same way. In general, I had to redo it. As a result, the creature bypasses obstacles thanks to the animation of movement underground, so the ability "flying creature" is appropriate from a mechanical point of view.

but the ability name will have to be changed... for the sake of logic!

This is also a dilemma. On the one hand, the ability "flying creature" has been called that since the first version of the game. Although, remembering my first impressions, it seemed illogical to me that this ability was available to vampires and devils, although they essentially teleport, and the description says "fly"... but I got used to it over time.

On the other hand, it would be much more logical to change the name to something that describes this ability more accurately from a mechanical point of view. Something like "free movement" or "unobstructed movement".

It seems that tailoring a general ability to a specific creature is not correct, but it would look appropriate for all other creatures that have this ability.

Perhaps it really is worth changing the name of the ability, if, of course, the cobra is chosen as a result of the vote.
In general, I would like to hear opinions on this.
