Neutrals appeared near the city (guarding a phoenix feather) and, so as not to run around them (it was getting too far), I broke through them on day 3, but lost some gremlins.
I took the outpost practically with left-over meat.
On 1-4-4 I pumped out mini-arts (bought a pendant of mastery in the city shop), and then a message came about the surrender - the opponent didn't get lucky in the Dragon Utopia.
