Don't project your personal ambitions and misunderstandings that you experienced within the Heroes of Might and Magic community onto the game itself... :) There's a lot of great stuff there.

The arbitrary behavior of some moderators there more than compensates for all the good things. There's no democracy. They silence those they dislike with the "system of clouds." And it's already impossible to defend your point of view or even argue.

At least, the tournament system works at the highest level. All that remains is to wish the same for everyone... ;)

I agree with that. But again, it's difficult to figure out the rules in the fourth installment. Unlike in Heroes of Might and Magic III, there's a belief that the leader doesn't owe anything to anyone during the verification process except the organizer – as if the intricacies of the playthrough are their personal intellectual property. And the organizer can request a public description at their discretion. And sometimes they ask for a description from people who aren't even the leaders. In short, it's difficult to personally verify those close to the "emperor." And here, people themselves submit saves for public viewing before the official verification – so you can decide for yourself which is better in tournaments. I'm only talking about the other versions besides the fourth – I haven't participated in them. I'm just talking about the section about the fourth game.
