It’s not 30 years, but impostor syndrome.

Initially, it was believed that impostor syndrome was more common among women[4], but recent studies have shown that it is characteristic of both successful men and successful women[11][12]. Other demographic groups susceptible to the syndrome include African Americans, gifted children, and LGBTQ individuals[13]. Being subject to positive discrimination, people belonging to visible minorities are more likely to doubt their abilities and feel that they were hired not because of their skills.
