The same thing happens every time... No suggestions are made before the tournament begins, only criticism is offered afterward.

After so many tournaments, you could already write the rules automatically, instead of repeating the same mistakes every time. We're tired of saying this... How can you offer suggestions before the tournament if there were no clear rules? Tournament rules are now created based on how the participants vote, and two tournaments were even created simultaneously with half the participants, which automatically devalues the tournaments because they don't have any ranking status. It's not surprising that so many players withdrew or didn't register. The judges only keep saying that something should have been said in advance, like a mantra. But in my opinion, criticism should improve quality, not the other way around.
