I believe that in this case, a clear judging error has been made. What needed to be done was to convey to Positiv that he was wrong. And the judges are unanimous on this issue (or at least the majority, as you voted in the Arbitration Committee – I'm not sure). But since a warning was issued to Positiv, it means that the decision that he was wrong has been made, explicitly or implicitly. And the responsibility (and the burden) for the situation he created should be placed squarely on him. That is, since there is no time to resolve the situation caused by his inappropriate behavior, Positiv himself will have to resolve it urgently. To do this, all that is required of him is to write to Tvarina that he was wrong and acknowledges it. If Positiv does not do this, then he still hasn't understood anything about the situation – he should be disqualified. If he does this, and Tvarina still refuses to continue the game, then Tvarina should be disqualified. I don't understand why this wasn't done. Why all these games with preliminary warnings, "next time," "it applies to everyone," etc.? If everyone already understands everything right now, do it right now.
