When playing at 200%, there is an option to start the game with 2500 gold for each player.
To do this, first, in 160% mode, transfer 2500 gold to each player, and then switch the difficulty to 200%.
This will make the game more enjoyable.

Actually, this is a debatable issue. Playing at 160% with -7500 gold still gives you resources at the start, which makes the game closer to 160% than to 200%.
It would be great to add an option to start at 200% with 2500 gold in the fresh mode!
