According to the letter of the game rules, the decision is correct; it was twaryna who refused to play. But this is rather a reason to consider expanding the rules to cover this case. Now it's just one phrase, but sometimes people, when intoxicated, can allow themselves to swear heartily. Or even during a turn, or as spam during the opponent's turn.
