8. Regulations for the playoff matches. Playoff matches are played in a BO3 format. The player with more points will have a slight advantage: for every two points by which the higher-ranked player is ahead of the lower-ranked player, the player with the advantage can choose the game format: standard, fresh mode, or battle of mages. If the advantage is 2 points, it applies to the first game; if 4 points, it applies to the first two games; if 6 or more points, it applies throughout the entire BO3 series.
