Here's what happened: I was playing Heroes on Windows 8, and I set it up so that I had cheat functions and a console that could be opened. Everything worked fine on Windows 8. The console opened, and all the cheats worked. However, I switched to Windows 7 about six months ago. On Windows 7, the console doesn't open.
