World Team Cup 2019! Discussion about organizing the second world championship.

The post isn't available on other platforms. I only wrote it here. I communicate with the admins of other platforms – I could share the correspondence with them, and I also contact players from different platforms individually or through contacts from the previous tournament. Last year, I went through the process of posting on various platforms – but the recruitment still took place mostly through personal messages. This year, I just made one post – where there will be information that those who are interested can read, and I only share links to it.

Another point I'd like to discuss is whether to separate strong teams into different groups during the draw using seeding. For example, take the previous tournament and the places they took. Or should it be a completely random draw without seeding – but there might be a "group of death" consisting of, for example, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, and Belarus or Moldova, and some strong teams will be eliminated early.
