Please enlighten me: what active portals for online Heroes are there currently? And name the names of those top players who play by different rules.

At the last "world championship" (which turned out to be quite decent in the end), did they fail to reach the prize places because of HeroesWorld rules? Or did they simply not bother to sign up?
