World Team Cup 2019! Discussion about organizing the second world championship.

The ransom from neutrals is an important change, allowing you to return a hero and army from any part of the map where there are neutrals. It would be interesting to know which of the sponsor's requests and which are the organizer's ideas; it would be good to separate them so that the rules could be discussed more actively. Did the organizer also choose the templates? I understand that popular maps from Heroes of Might and Magic were excluded, but similar maps to M200 and other small maps were added. There is no mention of rebuilding the tower, but this is the main difference between Heroes of Might and Magic Online and the original game. Which versions of the game are being approached, if it's not a secret? Anarchy on small and medium-sized maps – which community plays like that?
