I replayed the campaign on 1.2.6, standard settings, 298 days. Not all the changes were successful; the green Knights became too overpowered. The change to retraining in the 2nd mission almost doesn't affect anything, but in the 5th mission, it significantly affects the balance because you can train many more troops than before. In more detail: 1st mission. It 100% depends on the skills that will drop. Fast rate of fire + attack bonus = victory in 5 weeks without problems, with Orcs on auto-battle. 2nd mission. I tried to rush 1 Castle with a rune on the 2nd week, but Ingvar is such a great hero that the battle is decided only by the additional stack from the Tower; it didn't work out. But the Elves are very susceptible to rushing; on the 2nd week, I defeated Dirael in the first city , and almost immediately the second city; two not-so-weak Elves arrived, but they were defeated by Andrias. I got a bow + quiver from them, which, along with a couple of hundred archers, went to Varens, and he began a total clearing of the map. Basically, the difficulties ended there; I won in about 3.5 months. 3rd mission. Not a particularly difficult mission if Varens is properly developed in the previous one. I only lost troops in the battle with Jiro and Bertrand. I couldn't break through the garrisons, or rather, I couldn't break through without fatal losses - I couldn't defeat Bertrand. 4th mission. I struggled at the beginning. On the 2nd turn, I took the lower right Castle from Alexander with a speed aura; he had a small army, but demoralization + uncontrollable and dispelling steeds made the battle very difficult. I sided with the humans, methodically cleared the entire map, and in the middle of the 4th month, I defeated Dominik in a rather difficult battle . 5th mission. The best mission in the campaign, in my opinion. The atmosphere, hardcore nature, and lack of drawn-out gameplay make it an excellent finale. The battle with Menelaus on the 7th week is the final chord of this magnificent work ,
