I mean programmatically forbidden ones. For example, in the plugin, I forbade water spells (0x54AE23). When building a Town Hall, they never appear, but when rebuilding, they sometimes pop up. Only one line of code needs to be added to check for the prohibition. This will not affect a clean SOD, but plugins will be able to work correctly.
