MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

Hello. When playing with a friend through GameRanger, the game crashes when viewing the portraits of new heroes in the tavern (possibly due to this, but the main issue is that it crashes when visiting the tavern).
Please tell me how to fix this problem.
