MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

Dredknight, I followed your advice, and everything works perfectly now. However, one thing is unclear. Why can't Knights use the racial skill "Preparation"? The building is constructed, the corresponding skill is present, but the function doesn't work (the button is pressed, but nothing happens). How can I fix this?
