There wasn't a single external dwelling at the Home respawn, but there was a Dragon Utopia just half a step away from the Main Castle, so I decided to play.
On 1.1.5., I took a secondary (Stronghold).
Regarding creatures on the first, I built up to unicorns.
While scouting the territory, I saw a wood mine captured by the opponent on Barbarian land, the passage to which was guarded by 10-19 Royal Griffins.
As for artifacts, I found the Helmet of Chaos (+3) in a cart and also took the Rider's Gloves after killing 50-99 Pikemen.
I waited for the first growth, broke through the guard at the Barbarian respawn in the form of 10-19 Royal Griffins, and took the opponent's secondary (Stronghold) without a fight on 1.2.2.
My hero defeated the Camp there.
