Could you please tell me where that list of "seven proposed templates" is written?

It's in the first post, point 5 of the tournament rules. Specific templates are left to the discretion of the top players.)

5) If it's not possible to agree on a template for the game to fulfill condition 4 of the tournament, the player who sent the challenge first proposes no more than 4 templates, and the player accepting the challenge, after reviewing the proposed templates, adds no more than 3 of their own templates if they wish. The choice from the proposed templates (maximum 7) is made by drawing lots. The player who accepted the challenge decides who starts the drawing first.
