MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

There’s an issue with the game’s UI elements – they are offset, as if for a square monitor. This problem didn’t exist in the original game. What is the error, and how can it be resolved? (The game was installed using a repack from R.G.Catalyst)
