P.S. Regarding point 5.4, there's another bug that one of the new and "inexperienced" participants in the tournament recently told me about :)

A Necropolis with a full stock of movement points can unearth the GRAIL on the same turn it is brought to the excavation site. I think the unit needs to precisely position the Necropolis in the right spot :) I suggest allowing this and also allowing point 5.4 as a logical continuation of the permissions regarding Necropolis technologies.
