The question of whether he's stronger or not is debatable, but in my opinion, a Lich is stronger than a vampire because he initially possesses magic. This is because a Lich is a person who has achieved perfection in necromancy and, by using it, has attained immortality. A Lich not only commands curse magic but also controls undead creatures of a lower order (skeletons, zombies). This isn't present in the game, which is a shame; extra resurrection magic wouldn't hurt. In the game, only an advanced vampire can drain life from everyone (an unadvanced one can't drain life from a Lich), and it won't reach the Lich, and the Lich attacks first, dealing more damage and having more health. And you'll agree that a Black Knight is stronger than a vampire...
