-Thank you! We have great people in our class; I'm sure you'll find someone you get along with. Would you like to tell us a little about yourself, about your homeland? Why did you have to leave Dreyeria? Do you like Reima? What things seem strange and unusual to you here?

— I had to run away from my parents. — Nara calmly stated this fact as if it were the most ordinary thing. — I wanted peace and quiet, but it was difficult to satisfy this desire when people were being torn apart into atoms behind the walls of my house. Of course, I could always have achieved what I wanted by going to live in the forest or mountains, but my need for the benefits of civilization turned out to be incompatible with that. Especially the class stratification of society. Sometimes it seems to me that the citizens of this country treat each other as they treated slaves in Dreyeria.
