How do I send/request resources from the AI ally?

If you don't play the campaign, you can select an option in the settings of the Heroes games that allows you to edit the alliances on the map before each game... The problem with allies disappears on its own because you can remove them and adjust the map as you like... You can also adjust the number of teams and set it from 2 to 7... So, it's all very simple...
