Plugins for diplomacy and necromancy.

I checked the thread about the Fresh mod – it turns out that **Wicc** had already suggested a Diplomacy option that is very similar to the one implemented in **RmgMoreSavageMonsters**. Even though I came up with this myself, I still want to thank **Wicc**!
