In the second season, Saitama appears less frequently compared to other characters, and the ending feels somewhat ambiguous (is the season actually over?), which is why the rating is lower. However, it's still quite good.

This is because the anime is based on the work of a manga artist who initially simply copied the plot of the original author. But when the original creator essentially abandoned the project, the remaker started adding a lot of their own ideas to extend the story and develop other characters, which consequently affected the quality. Moreover, they haven't even finished the season on paper yet.
In the original author's artwork, the second part ends as it should and is even better than the first.
