I've encountered a small problem. I can't leave comments on other forum members' profiles, even though this feature was previously available. At first, I thought it was a general change implemented by the administration after the system's morale was restored, and that regular forum members can no longer issue warnings to each other, but it turns out that's not the case. This misunderstanding manifests as follows: I can see and read the existing comments, but I can't write any new ones...
