I support Evgeny's candidacy, I think he will be a good moderator/guardian of preserving the values of GI

well, and on the topic, I completely agree with the previous speakers

A manifesto is needed (someone obviously needs it)
a moderator of the manifesto is needed (rather, a guardian)
and most importantly
sign me up (don't be surprised

but a call for others to behave reasonably!!!)
