How do I change the scale of models?

Can you tell me what might be causing the issue where I can’t see the pikeman in the editor? I copied everything correctly. The NCF_Pikeman-RU_080110.pak file is in the data folder, but when I select the Monsters filter in the editor, it’s not among the other creatures. Naturally, this prevents me from figuring out the scaling effect.
