A window pops up with the message: "Instruction at address 0x004e8d4b accessed memory."

You can create a new profile and try running the campaigns in it. Or, try reinstalling the game. Perhaps you installed a patch, but are running saves from an older version, or maybe the game crashed during a save/load...
