To be honest, I haven't even used it, and that's why I'm still struggling...

It's a very simple tool, though. Just force yourself to use it when you have the chance... You sit there, drink tea, and dig up five of the heroes you need in a row... :) It's a wonderful way to spend time, I must say... :)
