Earning achievements.

If anyone knows, please let me know. How do I complete the quest "Choose Your Poison"? I've completed the campaign for Rai'lag at least four times, barely managing to get 27/300, then 45/300 kills. I recently replayed the campaign, and there are still no more creatures. I tried playing single maps with Lethos, but there were no changes either.
