Moriner hadn't really been to any performances before – only some children's circus shows in his early childhood, with his mother, when his older brother was still alive. His father always considered such things a waste of time, distracting the mind from real work. And although Moriner didn't understand anything about music or poetry, watching all this was fun and entertaining, and at some point, he even caught himself thinking that he had completely forgotten about the events of the past few days. In a noticeably better mood, he left the amphitheater and headed towards the academy, reciting a quatrain from a poem he particularly liked.
