The 8th stage of the annual John Van Caneghem Tournament (2007).

I'm feeling uninspired, I don't feel like writing... - 32 days, so the main hero is Uland :D (don't even ask why...)

When I wanted to replay, I chose this hero. I got tired of it and realized I didn't have enough time to start over. I went back to the option with Kire. He's bad because, unlike Uland, this jerk starts by leveling up Navigation - when it's not needed at the beginning, and then Diplomacy. Later, I still recruited a second seafarer when I figured out the problem why he wasn't progressing - it was Voy. He has both a Navigation specialty and a Navigation skill that levels up in 3-4 attempts. Then I also recruited Gem to move the boat back: Kire sailed to the other side in one turn, Gem returned the boat, and Voy boarded it. On the next turn, he sent all the troops and climbed out there himself to help clear some pockets for Kire in the battle so as not to waste extra troops in the fight. In short, I messed things up :)
