Siberian Championship in Tomsk.

I've added a poll to see if there are any players interested in a Heroes satellite tournament (I definitely won't be hosting a poker tournament). The cost includes accommodation, meals, and the participation fee, and there might also be a banquet (still not confirmed). This total cost could be a barrier for some who want to attend this session! Or, it could be a nice opportunity for the winner to offset their expenses... The exact details will be clarified closer to the event, but overall, it will be similar to the satellite tournament before the CIS tournament. I won't be participating myself.
