I think I managed to do it in 23 days... I forgot the stats, it was a while ago, and I don't have a save file with me... :)

That's a bit too long, I barely scraped by. I leveled up an extra hero. I messed up with the digging. For some reason, I completed one of the quests. It can be done faster, but I don't understand if it's possible to do it in two weeks, i.e., without the second rescue from the fortress, I don't see how it's possible. I hope that if such results are achieved, the leaders will upload save files right before joining Gargoth - I think this moment is key, although I may be wrong and there may be another way to complete it.
