I really liked the map! You can see the author's hard work and the many hours spent on it. Thank you!
I would like to highlight a few points.
Pros:
- great design
- I was pleased with the exclusive arenas on the new buildings
- the underground world is very well-developed and atmospheric
Cons:
- the map is mirrored. I understand that it was made for a duel between two players, but the mirroring kills the interest in exploring the map.
- some of the buildings on the surface are placed in a way that doesn't fit the design, and this is a bit "jarring" and detracts from the beauty of the map. For example, the Temple, which gives +2 to spells and knowledge, is simply placed on the grass. This is somehow illogical. It would be nice to add some texture to it.
- on the white mountain, some of the markers are empty. Also, the map guide doesn't say anything about the "Extreme" mode. And without this, the marker doesn't make sense, because it's unclear what mode is being referred to.
- self-replenishing garrisons allow you to "trap" another player (in my case, the AI) if you manage to bomb their garrison early on. In this case, they simply won't leave their side.
- the sphinx in the center of the dungeon will not level up 5 times if the hero's level is 36 or higher. Nothing happens. This needs to be fixed.
- when you defeat another player (if it's the AI), the game doesn't end.
Despite the fact that I have highlighted more cons than pros, I am very happy with the map. Thank you again for your hard work!
