Sacred Haven of Debauchery

In Japan, a mentally unstable individual broke into the main office of the Kyoto Animation studio (anime Clannad, K-On!, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, Violet Evergarden, etc.), poured gasoline around the studio, and set it on fire.

The media reports that 38 people were affected, 10 of whom are in critical condition, 10 sustained injuries of moderate severity, and 18 suffered minor injuries. Another 20 people are listed as missing.

The police confirmed that there are several fatalities, but the exact number is unknown.

The perpetrator has been detained, but his motives are not being disclosed.

He snapped because his favorite anime did not get a new season and a proper ending.
