Initially, I played because I got Luna, and there was a dwarven treasury, a mana spring, and enough money. The map turned out to be not so great; I was with only 1 town for the first week. I captured 2 cyclops dwellings in the first week but didn't have enough money to buy from the second one. Dessa took a 5k XP box behind 45 fire elementals; intelligence and earth were offered. I checked a conflux; it was size 2 and prepared to take it with 6 cyclops, 2 behemoths, 5 birds, and a single slow unit.
The opponent gave up the next turn.
