Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I wish I could just sit down at some machine and mindlessly churn out parts. I have a friend who didn't go to any university after school; he went to a vocational school, trained as a machinist, and is doing well. He has an apartment, a car, and a good salary... What else does one need for a normal, peaceful life?
