Let’s come up with new “war machines.”

So, here's the deal:
Siege Ballista - area attack next to arrows (can be upgraded for a lot of money, but only in a neutral forge).

And Daleb with his ballista is already overpowered - so you want to give this cheat to everyone?:D

New charge for the ballista - an incendiary charge - additional fire damage.

It already exists - the ability is taken as one of the secondary skills from the attack skill of heroes of some factions...
